Summer Red Wine Tasting Our next tasting will be 7:30PM on Wednesday August 16th. It is time for another red wine tasting, but Summer calls for lighter fare. In particular, red wines from Mediterranean countries can be delightful on a hot day --- think Pinot Noir or Beaujolais from France, Tempranillo or Garnacha (Grenache) from Spain, Nebbiolo or Sangiovese from Italy --- or the domestic equivalent. If the day is really hot we may even serve some of them slightly chilled (no, that's not sacrilege). The cost will be $25 for members and $30 for non-members. Members get a preferential right to sign up for this tasting through Wednesday July 19th. After that everybody will be able to sign up. Advanced signup is required.
